All box-spring beds and mattresses in the ZillerSeasons are handcrafted in the Zillertal and provide the highest sleeping comfort. The mattresses were specially developed for the ZillerSeasons and are made of 100% natural rubber. The box-spring beds are made of pine wood and covered with linen. With such luxurious comfort, you will sleep as sound as a marmot in the Tyrolean mountains.

Dogs are welcome in the ZillerSeasons. We charge an extra fee of € 40 per night (not including food) for your dog. We will gladly provide a dog bed and dog bowl.  

We ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed in the restaurant and spa area! 
Out of respect for other hotel guests, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash. In our dog brochure, you will find numerous suggestions for walks with your dog in the surroundings.

We are very proud that the houses of the ZillerSeasons family have been awarded the Austrian Ecolabel, as well as the EU Ecolabel.
We think regionally, act sustainably and treat the treasures of nature with care. Out of conviction and because we want the sight of the Zillertal mountains to still leave our grandchildren's grandchildren speechless.

We attach particular importance to water quality, water consumption, energy, regionality, waste management, etc.. An example of this is our waste system - we take care of waste separation for our guests. We see this not only as a service, but also to ensure that the waste is separated in the best possible and proper way.

Our garden pool with indoor entrance is open for you from 07.00 - 20.00 in summer and from 15.00 - 19.00 in winter. (28 - 32 °C)
The garden sports pool remains closed when the outside temperature is below 0 degrees out of love for the environment and to conserve resources. Enjoy the wonderfully warm indoor pools on these days.

Garden sauna

Enjoy our adults only garden sauna made of larch wood. The view of the garden and the refreshing as well as warm, cozy scent of natural wood help you to completely relax. Temperature: 85 - 90 degrees.

As a guest of the ZillerSeasons, you will receive a special reduced price on the green fee in the Golfclub Zillertal. The Golfclub Zillertal is an 18-hole championship course that extends over 65 hectares. The driving range, golf school, and golf course are open during the summer months.

Our certified hiking guide will take you to her personal "hiking hot spots" and show you unique natural spectacles and viewing points with special character! We are happy to lend you a hiking backpack (for a small deposit). Our hiking backpack is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay. Our housekeeping team starts cleaning your room at 10.00 am. Next to your room door you will find a door hanger sign with a red and a white side. If the red side is hung on the outside of the room door, your room will not be cleaned.

Lost & Found Items

All lost or forgotten items will be handed over to the reception desk by our housekeeping staff and recorded in the Lost & Found list. If you happened to forget or lose something, please contact the reception desk.

We do not assume liability for lost or forgotten items.

We are happy to store forgotten or found items for 12 months. After this period, they will be disposed of or donated. Upon request, we can also send items to you. The respective postal fees, along with an additional flat-rate packaging or handling fee of 7 euros, will be charged in advance. Shipping can be insured or uninsured. Please inform us of your preference in advance. If uninsured shipping is requested, we are not liable for any issues that may occur during transit.

Ski areas

The Gut Stiluppe is in a wonderful location for exploring several ski areas.

The Mayrhofner Bergbahnen and the Finkenberger Almbahnen are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached by ski bus. Access to the Finkenberg ski area is particularly recommended for families. Thanks to the perfect combination of ski areas, you can ski directly from Mayrhofen to Tux and then take the ski bus back to Gut Stiluppe.

If you prefer to start your skiing fun with a different cable car, you have the option of taking the Green Line in winter or the public bus in summer to reach the ski areas in Tux. The valley stations of the Hintertux Glacier can be reached by car or bus in approx. 30 minutes.

Ski Bus

Take advantage of the free ski bus of the Mayrhofner Bergbahnen. The ski bus stop is a 3-minute walk from Gut Stiluppe. Directly at the M-Preis supermarket.

Ski Room

Please store your skis/snowboard and ski boots in the ski storage room. Each room and suite is assigned a lockable ski locker. The drying system then works overnight to provide dry, warm boots for the morning! You are not allowed to take skis or ski boots into your room or suite! 

Ski Service / Ski Rental

Our reception team will gladly advise you! We recommend our partner Bründl Sports with their 4 locations in Mayrhofen: right at the valley and summit station of the Penkenbach, the valley station of the Ahornbahn, as well as directly on the main road. With an online booking, ZillerSeasons guests will receive a 12% discount on ski rental and ski service! You can also reserve your desired skis and boots online here.

Alternatively, you have the option of hiring your ski equipment from our partner Sport Stock in Finkenberg. As a Gut Stiluppe guest you receive a -10% discount on ski rental. From there you can start your skiing fun directly with the Finkenberger Almbahnen.

Where herbs invigorate all the senses - A wide range of massage, wellness and cosmetic treatments based on pure certified natural and herbal cosmetics is one of the special features of the Gut Stiluppe Good Life Hotel.

An organic herbal sauna for families, an adults-only Finnish garden sauna, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, tea bar and two small relaxation rooms make the Stiluppe SPA a place for physical and mental relaxation. Our Stiluppe SPA has treatment cabins and 5 wonderful pools. Sauna kilts are available for hire at the SPA reception.

The Stiluppe Stuben is open for you from Tuesday to Sunday from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

Afternoon tea is traditionally served in England in the afternoon with tea and fine pastries. This tradition is now celebrated in the Zillertal in our sister hotel MalisGarten.

We serve tea for hotel and non-hotel guests from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

The Mayrhofen-Hippach vacation region has a total of 8 clay courts, 5 outdoor courts, as well as 2 indoor courts directly in Mayrhofen. The tennis court is only 1.8 kilometers from Gut Stiluppe.

A ZillerSeasons umbrella is available for free for the duration of your stay. You can find an umbrella in the cabinet in your room. If you should need another umbrella, please contact the reception desk. Like all other products, you can also purchase our ZillerSeasons umbrellas in the shop.

Wine Cellar

The highest point of enjoyment at the lowest point in the hotel: follow us into the cellar! This is where the real treasure of Gut Stipuppe is stored. The beautiful wine cellar houses fine wines from all over the world at appropriate temperatures. Our sommelier will be happy to advise you. 

Worship service

An evening mass takes place every Saturday at 7:00 pm at the Mayrhofen parish church, and there is a Catholic service every Sunday at 10:15 am. You can find more information at www.pfarremayrhofen.at (subject to change!) Our team at the reception desk will gladly inform you of additional services.
